The Band
The Zimmermen comprises Tom O'Gorman lead singer/guitar -
Dave Hargreaves Hammond organ - Rick Lucas lead guitar/singer -
Rick Parkinson drums and Bob Ainsworth bass guitar/occasional singer.
Formed in 2004 its 10th anniversary concert at
the Brook, Holcombe Brook was the subject
of the Bury Times article reproduced here.
I joined in 2009 (I think ! ).
The band plays electric versions of Bob Dylan's
greatest hits and his not so well known songs in
various styles.
The top left video below is from 2013. The poster is self explanatory.This took place in Ramsbottom Lancashire.
