The Duo

 

YoYo is an acoustic duo comprising Lorraine as lead singer and tambourinist and Bob (me) on electro/acoustic guitar, harmonica, kazoo and stomp box. I also do some lead vocals but mainly harmonies.

 

The repertoire is varied - classic pop songs from the 60s forward with a little country, folk, jazz and even blues thrown in. We also do "acousticised" versions of classic rock songs.

 

We use a Bose L1 PA which is compact and yet loud enough for most pubs, wine bars, clubs, without being too loud. This means we do not need a lot of space to put up speaker cabinets on stands. You can look it up on google or the Bose website to see how little space it requires.
